The property’s all-day diner, Seasonal Tastes, will be offering an array of Kashmiri specialties such as mouth-watering kebabs, aromatic “Rogan Josh”, “Yakhani”, “Goshtaba”, salivating curries, an interactive station serving “Kahva” (Kashmiri tea) and signature desserts curated by specialty chef, Chef BasirAhamad. The festival will create the experience of dining like a true Kashmiri, with household dishes like “LyodurTschaman” and “Kashmiri MujiGaad”, which are usually served during weddings and festivals in Kashmir.

The traditional sweet Kashmiri pulao, known as “ModurPulav”, which presents delicious aromatic rice cooked with ghee, spices, and nuts, is sure to take you on a heady gastronomical journey. The sumptuous menu will include the bespoke “Nan Khatayi” and the unique “NadruYakhni”, which is a famous Kashmiri curry made with lotus stems and yoghurt.
