The Soups and Salads consist of French Onion Soup, Cauliflower Gazpacho, Spring Berries, Blue Cheese, Radish, Spinach & Mustard Greens and Smoked Salmon Niçoise.
The Appetizers include Beet Arancini, Mascarpone and Beet Gourgère, French Fries, Guacamole and Queso, Parma Ham, Asparagus and Philo Parcels.
The mains comprise of Beet Ravioli, Leek and Parmesan Veggie Baklava, Grilled Chicken, Mash, Veggies and Pink-Peppercorn Jus, Confit of Duck Leg and Roasted Root Veggies.
This is topped with Red Velvet Fondant and Spring Berry & Cream Cheese Ice-cream for dessert.
