The Marwari delights will be available at the hotel’s all-day diner, Kava, on every Friday, from 13th to 20th March, 2020. The lunch and dinner buffet will embrace the culinary passion of Marwar’s locals and the exquisite dishes will include authentic creations such as “Dal BaatiChurma”, “MakkaikiRaab”, “TamatarMangorikaShorba”, “Paneer KeSule”, “MurghkeParche”, “Rai Ki Machli”, “Aloo Anar Dana Chaat”, from the selection on appetizers.

The imperial feast that will make up the main course will boast of traditional favourites crafted with flair by the culinary team at the hotel, embracing the true essence of the time-honored kitchens in Rajasthan. The elaborate spread will feature statement dishes like “GovindGatta Curry”, “Ker Sangri”, “Mongori Pulao”, “Laal Maans”, “MurghkeMukul”, and “Safed Maans”, to name a few. The earthy desserts on the menu will include sweets from the heart of Rajasthani culture, such as “Ghewar”, “Kesaria Jalebi”, “Moong DaalkaHalwa”, and “MawaKachori”.
