Heady cocktails like ‘Watermelon Cosmo’ (Vodka, Cointreau, freshly Chopped Watermelon and Watermelon Syrup); ‘Litchi Daiquiri’ (White Rum, Cointreau, Blue Curacao, Freshly Chopped Litchi) and ‘Pomegranate Mojito’ (White Rum, Simple Syrup, Freshly muddled pomegranate, lemon chunks & mint leaves, topped up with Lemonade) are the perfect zesty tipple for a monsoon celebration.
The Bar & Kitchen is going all out in the crispy greasy fried food department which is ideal for this weather. They have a special monsoon street food festival full of delights which incorporates crispies like, Stir Fried Basket For Monsoon Only (crispy assorted vegetable tossed with Asian spice and sweet and spicy dip), Crispy Chicken Pakoras (all-time favorite chicken pakoras with lachha onion and sweet & spicy dip) and Crispy Fried Fish With Spicy Tatar (mustard marinated battered fried fish served with spicy tartar). Lip-smackingly sweet-and-crunchy, the ‘Crispy Chocolate Golgappa For Monsoon Special’ dessert is a delicious twist on our very own ‘puchkas’!
