Executive Chef Prashanth and Chef Sumit usher in the winter season, with an amazing new repertoire of dishes that draws inspiration from Asia’s vast and diverse culinary.

The pick of the new menu includes the Stacked Tofu Sushi, Soft-Shell Crab Sushi, Vegetables and Truffle Oil Pizza, Japanese Pickle, Spinach and Spicy Cherry Compote, Banana Blossom and Chicken Salad, Kimchi and Prawn Fried Rice, Chinese Chicken Mixian Ramen and the Whole Bhekti − steamed or grilled.

The Fatty Bao specialty - the open faced steamed baos now come with a choice of new fillings including the Crispy Potato Bao, Spicy Tofu and Beetroot Bao, Grilled Mock Duck Meat Bao and the Fried Fish Bao.

Refreshing new salads include Tea Leaf Salad made with Darjeeling tea leaves, cabbage, iceberg lettuce, roasted sesame, cucumber, green chili and many more.

A wonderful selection of new small plates await you including Corn & Turnip savory cakes served with chili garlic sauce, Stuffed Mushrooms with a three-pepper sauce and Penang Tofu tossed in Malaya spicy peanut sauce.

Not to be missed is the Filo-wrapped Brie, Coconut Prawns, Fire Cracker Chicken Wings and garlic and polenta crusted Calamari. With noodles that are made in-house and stock simmered for over 8 hours, giving the broth an unparalleled robust flavor - the hugely popular Ramens now come in additional new flavors.

Mains include Sichuan Dry Stir Fried Long Green Beans, Stir fried Broccoli and Snow Peas quick stir-fried with ginger and chili. Non-Vegetarian mains include Lamb Massaman, Malay Fish Curry with Bhetki, Jungle Prawn Curry, Sichuan King Prawns with the piece de resistance which comes in the form of a Whole Bhetki that can be either steamed or grilled with a Thai Fragrant and Singapore sauce.

There is a fabulous selection of desserts such as the eggless Apple Filo Pastry served with soy caramel gel pastry cream or sour cream ice cream. Also new is the Miso Panna Cotta made with honey miso gel, pistachio crumble, micro oven pistachio sponge, green apple caviar and micro greens!
