Preparations have begun in full swing. JW Kitchen, the all-day dining den, is working towards curating a generous spread, marking the occasion through a special Anniversary Weekend Brunch for 3 days from 3rd – 5th November 2017. The elaborate buffet brunch is a mix of Indian, Asian and Continental cuisines with 4 live counters each serving customized dishes to the guests. Salads, Frito Misto, Mezze, Chaat and Dessert counters will have on display a variety of options to feast on.
Brunches at JW Kitchen are incomplete without drinks. Alongside the expansive display of food, sip on the liquid offerings which comprises of 5 different types of Sangrias, beer and beer cocktails. Additionally, a specially designed platter for kids has been added to this lavish array, which includes ‘Potato Smileys’, ‘Jelly Sandwich’ and other delectable delicacies.
On 3rd November, the brunch will have ‘Honey and Pineapple Glazed Ham with Fennel, Baby Carrots, Sweet Potato, Granny Smith Apple, Baby Potatoes, Turnips, Asparagus, and Broccoli’ from the carving station. In the mains, on offer will be ‘Baked Fish with Jumbo Scallop, Peas Puree, Pomegranate Drop’, ‘Maple Chili Glazed Sweet Potato, Brussel Sprout and Roasted Apple’ from the continental spread, ‘Thai Veg Green Curry’ and ‘Lamb Rendang Curry’ from the Asian offerings and ‘Subz Zaffrani Biryani’, ‘Aloo Posto’, ‘Chicken Chettinad’ and ‘Chingri Malai Curry’ from the Indian menu.
On 4th November, the brunch will have ‘Chicken Coq au Vin with Confit Root Veg’, ‘Sun Dried Tomato Polenta with Mushroom Ragu & Pesto Cream’ from the Western spread with ‘Walnut Crusted Roasted Leg of Lamb with Carrots, Baby Potatoes, Fennel, Asparagus, Pumpkin, Roasted Beetroot’ to savor from the carving section. ‘Stir Fried Mushroom Dumplings in Sesame Soy Sauce’ and ‘Sweet & Sour Fish’ from the Asian mains alongside ‘Rajma Rasmisa’, ‘Urulai Roast’, ‘Doi Maach’ and ‘Burrani Raita’ from the Indian section will surely appease your appetite.
On 5th November, the anniversary brunch which will serve ‘Pan Seared Fish with Saffron Poached Prawn, Red Onion Cream & Apple and Celery Puree’, ‘Slow Roasted Root Veg with Glazed Brussels Sprout, Roasted Potato Skin Puree’ to name a few from the Western station alongside some Indian kebabs namely, ‘Sarson Mahi Tikka’, ‘Paneer Pasanda Kabab’ and mains such as ‘Palakuru Pappu’, ‘Achari Subz Korma, ‘Shahi Rogan Josh’ and ‘Gosht Biryani’ for all the traditional food lovers.
