JW Marriott Kolkata is beginning the New Year with an elaborately curated Barbecue and Grills Festival at JW Lounge Alfresco, 2nd February onwards. The offerings are sure to take you through a gastronomical treat, this being the last chance to make the most of this winter season!
On offer will be a variety of meats such as ‘Cajun spiced chicken breast’, ‘Rosemary and pepper marinated fillet steak’, ‘Lemon and garlic tiger prawns’, ‘Sticky lemon and chili pork belly’ to name a few. Among the vegetarian options, try out the ‘Sriracha, Coriander & Chili Crusted Corn’, ‘Dukkah spiced beetroot and Kumara skewers’, ‘Baked potato with sour cream and chives’ and much more.
Alongside these delicacies, a Salad bar will be open to all. Additionally, a variety of breads such as ‘Focaccia’, ‘Multigrain rolls’, ‘Ciabatta’ together with a selection of Balsamic and Extra virgin olive oil will be on offer to compliment the grills. Accompanying the elaborate menu, a separate select beverage inclusion is also available.
